I have a DREAM...

In Social Studies, the 2nd graders have been learning about important people in history. One of the people they have learned about so far is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. They learned about his dream for a better world. Recently, they had an opportunity to write their own dream. They turned out great! Here are some examples: 

100th Day

We had so much fun celebrating the 100th day of school! Many of the kiddos were able to dress like they are 100. We did a writing prompt about being 100 and had so much fun with it!

"Wonder"-ful Second Graders

We are always working on ways to be kind, confident and considerate kiddos! After reading "Wonder," we talked about how each of us are a wonder. They did a great job!
